Mr. Ferenz
Feher T.
General Manager
Mr. Feher graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico y de
Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, State of Mexico Campus with a
Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration.
He has
completed several courses, among them: International Commerce
Certificate from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid,
Spain; AD-2 Certificate on Top Management, from the Instituto
Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE), a
Masters Degree in Franchise in Miami, Florida. Mr. Feher is the
first Mexican certified by the ICFE (Institute of Certified
Franchise Executive) accredited for his accomplishments and
knowledge to franchise in line with the highest global
standards.
He has
worked for Mexican and International
Corporations.
He has
written several articles about Franchises and Management, and is
currently an advisor in Business and Franchise issues for
Entrepreneur Magazine; he is also a professor at the most
outstanding universities in Mexico, and he is a lecturer both in
Mexico and abroad.
He was
awarded the "JUAN HUERDO" National Franchise recognition, which is
given to the individual or institution that stands out for their
contributions and promotion of the Franchise System in Mexico or
abroad. He is also recognized by the Restaurantes de Mexico
for his support to the Restaurant
Franchises.
His
career in the Mexican Association of Franchises starts in 1992,
having participated in activities such as in the Affiliation
Committee, as Advisor, Secretary, Vice-Chairman and
Chairman.
After
concluding his chairmanship, he accepted the position of
representative of the Mexican Association of Franchises in
international affairs. He also joined the Consultative Board of the
Mexican Association of Franchises as coordinator. He acted as Vice
Secretary in the World Franchise Council based in Brussels,
Belgium, and as Secretary General of the FIAF (Iberoamerican
Federation of Franchises).
He is the
author of the books "Franquicias a la Mexicana: Hablemos de
Franquicias con Franqueza" (Mexican Style Franchises: Let’s
talk frankly about franchises), "Franquicias = Éxito,
Motivos y Razones" (Franchises = Success, Motives and Reasons) and
co-author of “Las Franquicias, un efecto de la
Globalización 100 preguntas 100 respuestas" (Franchises, an
effect of globalization, 100 questions 100
answers).
Mrs. Karen
Feher T.
Operations Manager
She graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana Campus Santa Fe,
Mexico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, and from the
Universidad Carlos III, Madrid, Spain with a Master’s Degree
in Fundamental Rights.
She has
completed several courses, among them: The Bell Language
School, Saffron Walden, UK; the Franchise Contracts Certificate
from the International Chamber of Commerce, and other courses
related to Contracts and Commercial Law at the Instituto
Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de
Monterrey.
She has
worked in International Law and Migrant Law, having collaborated at
the National Immigration Institute of Mexico's Ministry of the
Interior for 3 years.
She
collaborated in advisory services in legal matters of the Red Cross
International Committee, Delegation for Mexico, Haiti, Central
America and the Caribbean.
She
entered the Sixth Interamerican Human Rights Contest of the
American University, Washington College of
Law.
She has
participated as National Judge in the Interamerican Human Rights
Contest Eduardo Jiménez de Arechegade of the Costa Rican
Association of International Law and International Competition; a
proceeding carried out before the International Criminal Court of
the Latin American Council of International and Compared Law
Studies.
She
worked as an associate professor of Constitutional Law at the
Universidad Iberoamericana, Campus Santa
Fe.
MR. EDUARDO LUIS FEHER
Founding Partner
He
graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de
México with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Law.
He was a
professor of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de
México.
He was
lecturer and guest professor in several universities in Canada, US,
Central America, South America, the Caribbean and Europe in
economic and human topics.
He is a
Full Member of several academies, including the Academy of
Commercial Law.
Author of
twenty eight published books on different subjects which include
economics and social sciences.
He was
awarded with seven national and international recognitions for his
work in the cultural world and in academic research in
economics and law.
He won
the national award in Science and Communication Techniques and
received the national award for "Merit in International Relations"
given by the President of Mexico.
He holds
the "VERACRUZ" and the "CEDULA REAL DE CARLOS V"
awards.
He is the
host of radio and television programs, as well as contributor to
several national and international
publications.
